Shipping
We ship your order within 1–2 days if the product is in stock. Otherwise, shipping will take place within a few days, immediately after the goods arrive at our warehouse, via express courier.
In such cases, KM Soltec will notify the customer of any delays. It will then be agreed with the customer whether to proceed with the order, expedite the shipment, or request a refund.
Shipping costs are based on volumetric weight. For very bulky shipments, an additional charge may apply, which will be agreed upon with the customer. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed independently; each order will incur its own shipping costs. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.
Return Policy
Our products are intended for a niche market.
Therefore, in the event of incorrect purchases, return policies must be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns have to be notified even in case of damaged goods, as sometimes repair at the customer's premises is sufficient.
We are at the disposal of our customers for any agreement.
