Description
This docking station by Delock can be connected to a computer with a USB-C™ Alt-Mode or Thunderbolt™ 3 port and provides a variety of interfaces. Three monitors can be operated simultaneously at the DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA outputs. Two built-in USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C™ port allows the use of peripherals.
Multi-Stream Transport (MST)
The product is an MST hub and supports the extended desktop configuration of DisplayPort. This allows multiple monitors to be combined into one large display. The maximum resolution for simultaneous playback on two or three monitors depends on the system and connected hardware.
When Mac OS is used, the same image is displayed on all ports (mirrored), it is not possible to use the video ports independently of each other.
USB Power Delivery (USB PD 3.0) support up to 100 watt
The docking station has a USB Type-C™ Power Delivery port to connect the power supply of the laptop or tablet to charge it. The docking station can also be used without a power supply.
